If available, you can order custom media tailored to your requests, provided the model agrees to create it. To order, go to the model's My Media section, locate the custom video item, and tap to open the prompt to provide a detailed description of your request! The duration and cost will be listed on the thumbnail.
Models have 14 days from submission to send the content, and payment will be held until delivered. If the media is not delivered, you will be refunded. If upload issues occur, our team will work with the model to resolve them and ensure you receive the requested content.
